These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gh333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting website accessible at gh333.club ("the Website"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gh333 Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease accessing or using the gh333 platform immediately. Continued use of the Website following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Where any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English-language version shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency.

By accepting these Terms, you further acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the gh333 platform is lawful in the territory from which you are accessing it.

Access to and use of the gh333 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when accessing the platform:

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

By submitting the registration form, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account.

• One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one gh333 account. If gh333 determines that a player holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation. Any winnings generated from duplicate accounts may be voided.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gh333 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gh333 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Updating account information: It is your responsibility to keep the personal information associated with your gh333 account up to date. If any of your details change, you must update them by contacting the support team at [email protected].
• Account currency: All gh333 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Taka symbol ৳ is used throughout the platform when displaying monetary amounts. gh333 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

gh333 supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (subject to availability)

Deposit terms: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit applied at platform level, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your gh333 account balance instantly. gh333 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal terms: The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting outbound payments. For fully KYC-verified accounts, withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes during platform operating hours. gh333 reserves the right to request additional identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal.

gh333 reserves the right to apply processing delays to withdrawals where there is reasonable cause to conduct additional security or AML checks. In such cases, gh333 will notify the account holder within 24 hours of the delay and provide an estimated resolution timeline.

gh333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, cricket betting specials tied to BPL and IPL events, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh.

The following general conditions apply to all gh333 bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility conditions (such as minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game categories, and geographic restrictions) are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used, and wagering requirements that are not met, within the stated validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless gh333 expressly states otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse prevention: gh333 reserves the right to void bonus awards and cancel associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing offsetting bets designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, exploiting errors in bonus terms, or using automated systems to interact with promotional offers.

All gh333 players are expected to use the platform honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gh333 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, game operators, or third parties in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages to which you would not otherwise be entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported to gh333 immediately and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading in relation to sports betting markets offered on the platform.
• Using the gh333 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, including gh333 staff members, in any communication on or related to the platform.
• Submitting false, forged, or altered documents during the KYC verification process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or gh333 staff members through any channel, including live chat and email.

gh333 employs sophisticated fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor platform activity continuously. Accounts exhibiting prohibited behaviour will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

gh333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by gh333.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms, including the age requirement.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform, to other players, or to the account holder themselves.

Player-initiated closure: You have the right to close your gh333 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Please include "Account Closure Request" in the subject line. Upon receiving your request, gh333 will process the closure within three business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, gh333 offers self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. During a self-exclusion period, gh333 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from re-opening a new account. gh333 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gh333 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, gh333 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from technical defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gh333 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the gh333 platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising in connection with the platform, regardless of whether gh333 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss arising from interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or events outside gh333's reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or outdated.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gh333's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

By continuing to use the gh333 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the limitations of liability set out in this section and that you accept them as a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and gh333 as a commercial online gaming operator.
